Completed in February 2006, the flat has all the modern amenities you would expect from a modern Spanish apartment. It was built on a rise above the flood plain of Palomares.

Parking is available on the quiet cul-de-sac outside the flat.

All our linen and house towels are provided for you. We ask that you bring your own beach towels for use out-side or at the beach.

During your stay, if you have any questions or problems, our local management company are on hand throughout your stay. Inside, there is a comprehensive folder containing details of recommended places to eat, places of interest to visit and where to play golf plus all the relevant emergency services details and local customs. A list of market days and their locations are also available in the folder.
